Ian A. Bourne, Chair

Mr. Bourne has been the Chair of our Board from February 2006 to present. Mr. Bourne retired from TransAlta Corporation in December 2006. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TransAlta Corporation (electricity generation and marketing) from 1998 to 2005. He was also President of TransAlta Power LP from 1998 to 2006.

Mr. Kilroy has been the Chief Executive Officer of Symcor Inc (business processing outsourcing services) since January 2005. Previously he was President of IBM Canada Ltd. since May 2001. Prior to this, he was General Manager of e-Commerce Solutions of IBM Canada Ltd. from 1999 to 2001.

From May 1998 until May 2006, Dr. Park was also the Chair of Maxtor Corporation. Dr. Park was also the Managing Director, Investment Partner and Senior Advisor, H&Q Asia Pacific (private equity investment) from November 2002 to September 2004.

Previously he was with the BCE family of companies, where he rose to high impact officer roles including Chair and CEO of ExpressVu, Chair and CEO of Bell Mobility as well as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bell Canada.
