Facilities & Locations

Ballard Power Systems Inc.,  is based in Canada, with head office, research, development and manufacturing facilities in Burnaby, British Columbia. In addition, we have manufacturing facilities in Lowell, Massachusetts. We are also a partner in Japan-based Ebara Ballard Corporation, a joint venture with Ebara Corporation which develops, manufactures and sells residential cogeneration systems incorporating Ballard fuel cell technology.

	Ballard's Corporate Headquarters and fuel cell manufacturing facility are located in Burnaby, a suburb of Vancouver, BC, Canada. [map | driving directions]
	Ballard's research and development headquarters is located adjacent to our Corporate Headquarters in Burnaby. This facility is used for fuel cell and fuel cell stack development, assembly and testing.
	Ballard's high quality carbon fiber products for the aerospace, automotive, electrical, fuel cell and sports equipment industries, are manufactured in facilities located near Boston in Lowell, Massachusetts, USA. [map | driving directions]
