Technical support for customers’ mission-critical product applications. Customer care agents provide remote support to solve product issues via phone and email.
Product Repair and Refurbishment
Ballard has a team of product experts and repair technicians equipped to repair, refurbish, and recycle Ballard products. With service centres in Canada and Denmark we aim to resolve issues that cannot be addressed on our customer’s site.
On-site Service
Ballard’s technicians with specialized equipment can come your site during product installation, site commissioning or for product troubleshooting.
Spare Parts Logistics
With remote parts warehouses located in key centers around the globe, Ballard’s spare parts logistics systems ensure customers receive the parts they need promptly to maintain product operation.
Product Training
Ballard’s Training Academy conducts training sessions designed to transfer fuel cell commissioning and service and maintenance knowledge enabling our customers to service the product over its lifetime. Training sessions are conducted at Ballard’s Training Center in Canada & Denmark or at customer sites.
Digital Service - Product Performance Monitoring
Our products are equipped with telematic devices where we can monitor the operational data of the fuel cells. Customers can subscribe to digital services, allowing them access to data for remote trouble shooting and predictive maintenance.
