Mr. Roche is founder, President and CEO of Stratford Group Ltd. (management consulting services), and President and CEO of ThinkRF Corp. (communications equipment manufacturer). Previously, Mr. Roche was co-founder, President and CEO of Tundra Semiconductor Corporation (semiconductor component manufacturer). Mr. Roche was also a founding member and executive of Newbridge Networks Corporation (communications equipment manufacturer).
