Oben Uluc was appointed Ballard’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing  in September  2025. Mr. Uluc’s responsibilities include global business development, sales, marketing and strategic partnerships.

Oben joined Ballard in 2015. Most recently he served as VP, Sales & Marketing EMEA Region.

Oben brings over 30 years of global commercial experience in fast-growing technology businesses. He has considerable expertise in managing international teams to deliver revenue growth and market penetration. He has held senior commercial leadership positions at global technology companies such as Siemens AG of Germany and Corning Inc of USA.

Oben has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He has completed Global Leadership Program at Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College and Essentials of Marketing Program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
